2 years ago today we welcomed a very LARGE baby boy into our family! Yep thats right..Carter weighted 10lbs 5 oz, and still 2 years later I can't believe I gave birth to a kid that big!
Here is the big boy on the scale after he was born. Suprisingly he was a much easier delivery than Kayla was, and she was almost 3lbs lighter! Carter was a VERY good baby! He loved to just lay curled up on my chest all day long...in fact he liked to be curled up at all times (maybe because he was so cramped inside me!)
Now however, we are in the throes of the Terrible 2's...Carter is ALL BOY!! If it can be broken, taken apart, thrown etc he does it....but we still love him to death!! He already talks to well, and loves to play pretend and dress up with his sister (much to his daddy's dismay!). He loves to give kisses and show off, and his favorite things in life are airplanes, Bob the Builder, and John Deere tractors.
The picture above is from his birthday breakfast this morning...chocolate chip Mickey Mouse pancakes...his FAVORITE!
